During this 90 minute session, we will start with the overall event goals for your organization. You will then learn some best practices for planning strategically for your events, new planning perspectives, and insight into ways to make your events more engaging and successful. This is best for someone that will be DIYing the specifics for future events.

Single Event Strategy
This session is designed to craft the goals and strategy for a specific event you are hosting. Depending on the depth of the event, additional sessions may be needed.
This session can be for a new event, or to optimize and improve a recurring event.
