Is this event all online?
The Lakeside Conference has been an in-person live 2-day event for the last four years. This year, we are moving the conference completely online. We are keeping the components that you loved about the original event- fun networking with down to earth, driven, and inspiring women, training sessions that teach as well as challenge you to uplevel, and a space to ask the experts your questions in real time.
What is a virtual exhibitor booth?
On the event platform, there is a virtual expo hall! Everyone who signs up as a Business Spotlight member or as a sponsor gets to host their own booth. Each booth allows you to upload a short introduction video, include links to your freebie/ opt-in, and has a space to showcase your products and services. Attendees can earn prize points by engaging with your booth.
How is this different than the summits I keep seeing online?
This is a recurring annual conference that takes place live over two days. We will all gather together on the event platform and see each other's faces in real time. Nothing is prerecorded, and you can ask the experts your questions during the event.
The content of the event is intentional to lead you through the steps toward a more converting offer. It isn't a ton of presentations on a million different topics that leave you overwhelmed.
Because it is only two days, you can be more accountable to attend live and absorb the content with your peers, do the work, and see the outcome sooner. No guilt to go back and watch the content weeks later or keep forgetting to apply what you learned. No fast forwarding through the tough parts. ;)
Can I host a booth without being an attendee?
We know the transformational effect of relationships, and being a part of the event as a whole will give you a better experience as an exhibitor. For this reason, exhibitor booths are only available to attendees and sponsors. Exhibitor booths upgrade is only available when you buy your ticket, and not as a future add-on.
Will the sessions be recorded if we can't make part of the event?
We hope that you can reserve as much of February 22-23 as possible to attend live, but we also know things can come up. Training sessions (but not networking events or the coaching lounges) will be recorded and available for 3 days following the event (until Feb26). Business Spotlight members get access to recordings for one year.
Where is the event taking place online?
The event will be held on an online event platform. You will love it! Our tech friends have really thought of everything. This is no typical online meet up. The platform is very user friendly and you don't have to be 'techy' to use it. We will be sending out video tutorials to attendees on how to navigate the platform. Our tech guru Suzanne will be on hand as usual to help you as well. Register by February 11 and join the bonus Pre-Party to take a sneak peek at where we will be hanging out.
